The BRW program, part of the Deloitte Global Boardroom Program, aims to equip women with the skills and networks necessary for board placements. Since its inception in Malaysia in 2023, the program has grown in strength and influence, comprising four half-day sessions designed to empower women to break the glass ceiling in the boardroom.
Together, we strive to achieve a more equitable and diverse corporate landscape in Malaysia. Let’s continue to support and inspire each other on this journey towards gender parity on boards.
